Great washer. Haven't had it long but so far our clothes are coming out really clean! I like the soap reservoir! Only fill it once and it does several loads on a fill!

I just started using washer this month and have used it less than 5 times .  the washer takes much longer than the time display should take. It gets down to 1 minute remaining, and literally just keeps turning and turning for more than 3 hour before finally finishing the cycle. now it’s taking more than 3 hours to wash a bed sheet and it still spinning. it's wasting my electricity! I googled it and found so there are so many users complained about this since 8 years ago, how can Whirlpool still let this happen? To customer service, PLEASE DO NOT leave a meaningless canned message like "we value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your appliance. Please reach out to us directly at 1-800-253-1301, via Facebook or Twitter.We’re looking forward to hearing from you." PLEASE LEAVE A SOLUTION here, so people who encounter the same issue will know how to do.

One thing that could have made this washer machine near perfect, is the poor placement of laundry detergent tray on the top-left. You can't keep the tray open, while keeping the main door open as well. They prevent each other door from opening all the way. My process is I like to have all 'doors' open until I am done and close them all at once. I can not do that with this machine. Other than that, this is a great washer machine. I would probably buy a different model if it did not have this issue and was close to this one.

I have to admit that the Whirlpool High-Efficiency front-loading Washer with Steam and load & Go Dispenser is a much better machine than the Samsung front loader we just got rid of.

From assistance in the store to delivery it has been a great purchase. It washes well and gives me lots of options.

I got the washer machine with 37 different cycles and it is very convenient when dealing with time! The salesman talked me into this product, I think his name was Chris, he came up after I was looking for a couple minutes. Not sure if he was just giving us time, but he was very helpful!

The machine works really well. Lots of options to select from. I wish Whirlpool actually described what each selection does.

Nice washer for the price. A little bit loud but a good machine. I like the automatic soap dispenser. You don’t have to put soap every load they let you know when it is time to put soap again. A lot cheaper than Lowe’s Menards and Home Depot. They also give you $100 dollars Visa card and 10% cash back after I open Best Buy Visa card. Thanks to Shawn our salesman who is very nice and knowledgeable about the products.

The washing machine is quiet and does what it's meant to do in a reasonable length of time. ONE THING that could be improved is that papers received do not do a good job of explaining how to operator this machine. We had to go to UTube to see how to operate the machine.

I bought this washing machine after my Kenmore HE model failed after more than 15 years of service. The Whirlpool was the closest model to the Kenmore that was readily available in my area and I got it for a great price. It's been a workhorse!

So far so good. Works well. Installation did not take long and it was easy to use

If you need electronics go to the source. So my old washer died and I went to Home Depot, Menards, Lowes. Then I realized whatever they offer BB will match it, not only that they could deliver 3 days later not 3 weeks later and with a reasonable return policy instead of making you sign off that all sales final (HD does that). They also have helpful sales staff on the floor.

This washer works well, with a clever automatic detergent dispensing system. My only criticism is that the door should be wider and without a ‘lip’.

A good quality washer with great choice of cycles. I love the fact that I can customize my laundry cycles based on the type of clothes I'm washing.

Washer is working fine and is an excellent product. Installation was efficient and personnel were very cordial and insured that nothing was damaged. Washer had to go in a small space and they were very careful in the process.

We've owned the much higher priced whirlpool duet front loader, this one seems every bit as good (bit smaller capacity). Controls very easy to use. Even though this was self install, delivery people were very courteous, on time, and very prefessional

This is a replacement for a 10 plus year old duet. Machine is more plastic than the previous but works great. Its also bigger than the previous model. This is my wifes first front loader shes amazed by how much this beauty can hold. No complaints as always whirlpool lives up to the name.

The installers were burly. They took care of business quickly and easily. Give them a raise, please.

Doing good washes so,far. Load and Go were you don't have to add soap every time works nice. Bit noisy but was advised it would be.

I always had whirlpool washer and dryer and never had a problem with them so I would recommend them
