It’s a great washing machine. Very quiet. Has a lot of functions I will never use. I was glad it fit on top of my old pedestal

Easy to use and a great washing machine. Our last machine lasted for many years, which is why we bought the same brand and machine.

My previous Whirlpool front-load washer was great, which is why I chose to get another at my new house. This one, however, is no good. After repeated attempts to get the load ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY balanced to spin, the machine seems to give up and move on to the next point in the cycle. Some loads end up getting only one spin at the end, and this happens on nearly every single load I have done. It seems to happen regardless of the cycle-type chosen as well. It happens regardless of the type of load as well. Sheets, normal load of colors, whites, towels.... all have the same issue. The machine seems to be unable to spin unless it thinks the load is absolutely PERFECTLY in balance. I have taken a level to the machine, and the machine is sitting level, and appears to be properly installed. It also seems to skip the extra rinse that has been selected, if it was unable to balance for the spins. Very unhappy. I had this same problem years ago with a Bosch front-loader.

No stars if I could ! Just horrible! I used the washer for my husband’s wicking dress shirts one time and they came back all snagged ! It unthreaded all the shirts ! These are expensive dress shirts and I’m an extremely upset! I want Whirlpool to compensate for our lost. After my investigation, mostly likely it was from the holes inside the washer because most of them were sharp on the edges!

Good value for the price gets the job done without a whole lot of frills, load n go is convenient.

Works perfectly. I didn’t expect much when I saw that it was Whirlpool, I didn’t expect much due to the fact that I had issues with them in the past. I would buy again.

Maytag has always been a reputable company but the washer when in spin cycle vibrates so much that the compartment that holds the bleach comes out and leaves water on the floor.

For the past couple of years, I have used an older washer with an agitator. I am so excited that I have gotten the front loader again. The washer is generous in size and easily handles large loads and my quilts. I really like the load and go feature!

Have always used Whirlpool washers and they have never let me down. Although I have not had it long, it is providing quiet, efficient washing on all different types of loads. I am very satisfied with it at this point.

The ease of use and reliability is just the beginning of a long clean clothes journey. This machine is awesome in the selection of various loads of clothes and their respective methods of washing.

Have had this dryer for over a year, and it's still running a well as day 1. Baught it for my mom, who doesnt read english and she was able to operate it with almost no instructions.

I've only had a short time. Still getting used to all the settings, otherwise i enjoy having a front load washer

So far, I am very pleased with this washer. Will have to wait several years to know how durable it is. Love the load and go, amazing how fast you can get used to this feature.

This washer machine Was an open box and I wasn’t sure about it, but I gamble with this washer machine and it end up being a good washer it’s easy to use and i love it

Great options depending on your need. The auto dispenser for the detergent is also a big win.

Works great, and delivery and set up was fast and efficient

Very loud when spinning and making a whistling sound when in the spin cycle. The automatic dispenser of the detergent is awesome because you don't have to put detergent for every load.
