    HI, I chose buying this washer open box, the seller told me the machine was in perfect working condition but after I installed, and tried to fill it with water, the water flowed all over my floor. a hose in the water pump was disconnected, I'm glad I could fix it.

    Terrible. Just purchased and beyond disappointed. In fact we are returning for a different model. Our old front loading whirlpool model was awesome until it kept getting error codes that couldnt be fixed. This one was terrible out of the gate. The machine vibrates uncontrollably on anything but the lowest spin cycles. Dont waste time with this one its not a good machine. It shook so bad made you feel like there was a freight train coming down the tracks.
