Bought Washer And Dryer , both easy to Use And operate .

Delivered on time with pre-communications. Excellent install crew was courteous and respectful and carefully moved old one out and new one in. They should be recognized for their good conduct and work.

Just had these delivered. Both Washer and Dryer. Waiting to get the dryer replaced as it came with multiple dents. It will be replaced by Best Buy but had to be ordered and will take a few weeks. The washer is quite noisy and vibrates when in spin mode. We had Whirlpool products before and never really had any issues but had to replace both when it wasn't worth paying over $400 for a repair to the dryer. The jury is till out on both of these products.

Very nice washes great couldn't ask for a better washer

Great washing machine; I love all the tech features it comes with like the steamer and the detergent holder box at the bottom. I don't have to fill up everytime anymore, I just fill up once and forget about the detergent until the machine notifies me it's running low!

Excellent high quality beautiful snd very easy to use

It is a good washer. My complaint that the process to start the cycle is cumbersome. It is a washer not an aircraft.

This item was a replacement for previous whirlpool washer. Best Buy was great to replace the old washer as it was in warranty period. New washer looks great however the detergent tray is not aligned with the washer. I just called whirlpool and they orders the tray assembly.

Worst experience. Good luck buying major appliances from Best Buy. Purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer in October. Service has been out to fix either the washer or dryer 3 times since I purchased it and now on my 4th scheduled appointment. First was to replace a faulty dryer and now the washing machine is leaking all over the floor. Best Buy will sell you a product but then when you have multiple issues with the newly purchased product they push you off to the manufacturer. I didn’t buy the product from Whirlpool. I bought it from Best Buy and would expect better service from a corporation of their capacity. Wasn’t looking for my money back but rather to exchange for a different brand as my experience with that product was less than expected. Purchased the 3 year service plan with Best Buy as well yet the first year they can’t service the products because they have an agreement with Whirlpool that whirlpool must handle service for the first year. So really you’re getting a 2 year service agreement for once the product goes out of warranty. Non of which was disclosed at purchase. They Let you know that once you have an issue or you’re at the point where you no longer want the product. Apparently when you spend a great deal of money with Best Buy you become an elite member. This experience is less than elite. I’ll be doing my appliance shopping elsewhere for the kitchen I’m upgrading next.

I’ve had this washer close to 2 months now and I have to say, It’s really noisy! My wash room is a cute little closet space in the hallway of my home, right next to my bedroom and this washer is so loud!! I wish I could return it!

Large Capacity, Many cycles to choose from, quite operation

I absolutely love this washer. The different settings is a nice touch. It lets me know how much time is left on the wash and with each was type the time is different.

my niece is very happy with this machine not only is it beautiful it is amazing it sanitizes clothing and sheets when the kids are sick, you can fill the detergent tank to last for weeks excellent !!
