CANCELLED DELIVERY SEVRAL TIMES TOO MANY EMAILS WITH WRONG INFO

This washer is great. Absolutely love the "load and go" feature. I realize now that I was using too much laundry detergent before. The clothes come out so much softer now. Settings are very easy to figure out.

I would Recommend this washer it has all the features that I like the only thing I didn’t like was when they deliver and they did not hook up my steam on my washer and dryer so I had to call them back to have it installed still waiting

The washer works great, but it is very loud. If your laundry room is on the 2nd floor I would think twice about this one if you are concerned about noise. Also the load n go will say its low but there is still quite a bit of soap on the dispenser.

This duo is affordable, modern without too many extra unnecessary gadgets, easy to use and super quiet. I’ve had them for 2 weeks and am very happy with my purchase. BUT DO NOT BUY THIS FROM BEST BUY!! I wanted to take advantage of their rewards program though purchasing here instead of Lowe’s or Home Depot (who had them listed for the same price). The delivery process was awful from the start, terrible communication about timing/delays and the absolute worst customer service from the driver/installation team. I will never order anything of great value from Best Buy ever again because of this experience. Luckily I love my washer/drier, but I regret purchasing from Best Buy. The rewards are not worth it.

Love this washer. Have not used the preload and go for the detergent. That makes me a little nervous to use. But otherwise it was a great investment. Only thing (same as the dryer) the ding to tell you it is done is very quiet.

Clothes are clean and I love the added features of steam. Just wish the drain hose that came with it was longer and had delay start would have been nice at this price point. All and all I like it. Of course it was open box so the deal was quite good.

Whirlpool products are usually a safe bet. This one was no different. Fairly intuitive controls, descent capacity and i like the load and go which means I don't have to mess with putting detergent in every time as it has its own reservoir!

Luv the machine but hate the protection Geek squad department! Absolutely a joke trying to get anything resolved!! Waste of money and time!!

We had a Whirlpool for 13 yrs with no complaints, bought this again, good machine, my wife loves the dispenser don't have think about pouring the liquid everytime you wash a load.

Beautiful machine ! Wished it was network available like the top loader ! After having whirlpool duets for 12 years of abuse they are great machines !

Ordered and had Best Buy install a little over a month ago. Had great communication from time of order, until day of install, which only took a few days. Very happy with the product, and love the color and wash settings.
