I replaced my whirlpool washer after my previous washer's inner drum broke and the repair was costlier than replacement so I decided to purchase this model. The digital button vs the dial are tougher to use. Often I hit start and it takes several attempt to start a wash which is very frustrating. I do not recommend.

It only lasted 9 months, now I will have to deal with the warranty though whirlpool. I got this one to replace the whirlpool duet which lasted for almost 10 years.

This machine works great and I love the quck wash option.

Not sure what else to say. Has lots of options and features.

Lost power to unit 11 months after purchase. This is the second washer from whirlpool that has gone out on me in the past 4 years. Also had a Kitchenaid refrigerator and dishwasher that were less than 5 years old that I had to replace. Had to wait 3 days to get call back to set appointment for repair and now it’s 2 weeks before the technician can come fix it. If they are that backed up on repairs that will tell you how good their products are!!! Going with Samsung, a better quality product

Horrible installation experience. Wrong hoses used. Left "Y" connection hose laying on floor behind dryer. Installers Caused leak at faucet which I found and fixed. Took screws and spacers for pedestal with old washer when it was removed by another crew the week before. Stacked washer on top of pedestal with floor leveling screws and pads left on bottom of washer vs, on bottom of pedestal where they should be repositioned. Sold me a washer over a year old per Whirlpool corporate and now they may not honor mfg warranty.

Already have had to replace it once. Second washer sounding terrible. Whirlpool tech has come to evaluate it and may need new parts. Terrible squeaking sound when spinning. 1st washer did the same. Washes well otherwise

Please don’t buy this washer I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Whirlpool came out 3 times even replaced the motherboard and it still doesn’t work. I never right reviews but this time I felt like I needed to warn others about this washer. You can’t wash socks without putting them in a bag because they go into the hose and clogs it, I had issues with it draining my blankets and times were it would lock my clothes inside and wouldn’t turn off until the next day. Trust me you don’t want this washer

the soap dispenser is a pain to use and flap to it broke. the buttons on the front are very sensitive and have to stand there to make sure the machine does turn on.

Really do not care for this dryer. I originally purchased an LG but foolishly returned it and exchanged it for this one. Big mistake and I am sick over it.

Having washer machine under two months is in service with whirlpool. Don’t throw your purchase invoice otherwise technician won’t perform services. And if the technician determine that is not covered under your warranty; get ready to paid for repairs sucks!!!!! Also after talking to Geek Squad over the phone and been told they would replace the machine another Geek Squad stated that I needed to contact Whirlpool!!! Good Luck.... Suck model WFW6620HCO.

after just a year the metal wiring around next to the handle fell off

I bought this washer super excited. After I picked it up and got it home, I discovered that it does not have the fabric softener dispenser, which is part of the reason I bought this model. The first load of clothes was perfect. Then the entire tub of detergent leaked out out all over the floor. Next, it wouldn't dispense detergent and the clothes would wash with only water. I have had an unreasonable number of issues. Now I am outside my return window with Best Buy and I'm stuck with this expensive useless machine.
