Bought this cuz the old washer broke. Old washer not this brand. I like this brand much more cuz it seems to last much longer.

My washer is doing it’s job. Whirlpool is my go to brand. I have never been disappointed. The quality, longevity, price and the look are always top notch.

I love my new washer and dryer. Whirlpool is the best. I decided to stack the set and it offers extra needed space in my laundry area.

2nd set in 20 years. First set lasted and expect nothing less from this pair. Only con if at all is the buttons take a little time to get use to.

I like my new washer & dryer. The only issue I have is when the cycle ends I cannot hear the ringer saying it is done.

Years ago I purchased wirlpool washer and dryer and both worked great and very little noise. However new washer and dryer are complete opposite. Washer is incredibly loud and shakes! I changed it thinking it was just a defect but the other set is just the same. Will not recommend to anyone

Our new Whirlpool washer was a great choice for us. It looks great, we chose the grey. The wash cycle is much quicker than our old washer. We are very pleased.

Replaced a 18 year old unit, newest tech. Located on the second floor so it has to be quiet. Clean fast and completely. Fair price that was better than the big box store.

So fo great. Only a couple weeks but cleans well, and i think the automatic soap dispenser is wonderful.

Most of my major appliances are When you need reliability and dependability, choose Whirlpool. I am so happy with this new model especially the Load and Go feature.

Bought this washer on october 19 had it delivered oct 28 and it broke down November 7! I am waiting on a part and so far have spent $30 at the laundromat this past week and am feeling helpless about this purchase. On top of spending extra money on a 5 year extended warranty because I DO NOT trust these new appliances i am still left without a workinh washer and will prob be at the laundromat this week too!

The washer does a phenomenal job. Used less water and and soap than previous washe dis. Also the steam cycle cleans wonderfully

It make so loud noises Drum bangs back and forth Called service center and was told it’s not fixable

Like how big it is. Im more of a frint loader person. I just dont like how i can switch the opening to the door

simply summed up, terrible. Within the first week of use the washing machine would not complete a load. On top of that the spin cycle causes so much vibration (on the pedestal) you can feel it shaking the floor in the other room. Whirlpool warranty connected us to a 3rd party company, who did show up during this pandemic, but did absolutely nothing to remedy the problems. Going back through the process, set up new time for technician which was canceled a week later. At this point we are now past the bestbuy return policy otherwise we would have dumped this paperweight and gone with a different brand. Whirlpool support could care less about the fact that we can't do laundry while sheltering in place and expects us to wait 2 more weeks for a technician to show up and take a look. simply put, a bad product with bad support in very trying times when companies should be doing what they can to help not shield themselves behind it.

This was my first HE washer and dryer. I love the set! I read all of the reviews so I was a little skeptical at first, but am very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a new electric washer and dryer and the sale was smooth without a hitch and the salesperson was very knowledgeable.

I purchased the first machine in March 2020. Problems began immediately. Timer display would get to the one minute mark left and just keep going, and going, and going, and going. I would manually turn it off to find that the machine had not drained. It made SO much noise it sounded like the machine was going to have parts flying out the side! FINALLY got a manager on the phone (during Covid 19) and he sent a new machine. Guess what...... same issues of stopping at the one minute left mark and slowly spins for however long I am willing to stand there and watch. Machine hasn't drained and clothes are sopping wet. I press the drain and spin cycle and that does the trick. This happens 1 out of 5 loads. No one answers at Whirlpool customer service. I hate this machine SO much!!!!!
