    Have been using this washer for three weeks and it constantly goes out of balance and bounces around in the laundry room. Am in the process of trying to figure out who to come out and fix it. Also bought a Whirlpool dryer at the same time and it works great. I gave two 18 and 20+ Maytag washing machines that can run rings around this Whirlpool. Will probably update this review after this situation is resolved.

    Worst brand I’ve ever purchased. I’ve had nothing but problems with my washer since I bought it. My whirlpool has been broken longer than it’s been working and it’s been just under a year old. Customer service is closed on weekends making it a hassle to get repairs done. Im currently gonna have to go another week without a washer due to their poor quality products and customer service. Best Buy refuses to do any maintenance due to Whirlpools one year warranty.

    I personally don’t recommend!!! I have had nothing but problems with this washer. It has damaged clothing and is now leaking everything. I’m really regretting big time upgrading because it’s completely I downgrade from last washer. Only had this for 4 months.

    I purchased the machine in December and it is now not working. The control panel is not responding, the worse thing is that whirlpool told me that they have to order the part and they will not get it in 20 days, when I have checked and the part is available in a parts warehouse in Berkeley. I'm very upset with Whirlpool. I will have to wait to get the machine fixed and I will never purchase a Whirlpool again.

    Shaking like crazy at the drain/spin cycle

    Used the washer 4 times, during the drain/spin cycle, it's shaking like crazy and making a lot of loud noises. They are sending people checking them out, but scheduled at the wrong location :( We'll see what happen next.

    bought brand new washing machine...they delivered.....it doesn't work....wait 2 weeks for repairman for him to say hes never seen that before but ordered parts....possible 3 weeks just for parts.....if it works whenever they get to install parts, it will have been 2 months with a brand new washing machine I cant use....

    The worst purchase of my life. I regret the day I saw this joke! Who changes motherboard 4 times, and still believe it is a working product? If you decide to buy this washer, be prepared for the error messages. I did my part to warn you. The rest is on you. Goid luck!

    Difficulty with the many different cycles

    I purchased this set with the thought of having a commercial grade set. I couldn't have been more wrong. This washer was very difficult to figure out the many different settings and cycles. After only 5 days, I returned it for a user friendly set.

    The product was purchased in Feb 2021 and already has a leak. Conveniently for BestBuy, it is not returnable. The maker of the product is just as worthless.

    Washer stopped working within 45 days

    Front panel stopped work. It has no power. It appears the panel over heated and burn out. The covering around the panel melted some. Waiting for parts to arrive. We have been without a washing machine for 2 weeks now.

    Vibration issues

    This washer had severe vibration problem during the spin cycle. After 3 attempts by installers to correct the problem I gave up and returned the unit.
