Almost 2 years and started leaking. Lots of errors and not working efficiently

Dose not work right and possibly has a mother board issue! Will be returning ASAP!

Came with detective dryer. Nightmare to get it troubleshoot and replace. Lost hours of time and was without washer dryer for many weeks

It makes a lot of noise and shakes a lot while spinning. I regret my decision.

Water leaking, returned the item lost $150. Do not buy.

This set replaced my seven year old Samsung washer and dryer. The Whirlpool is quieter and easy to use. I can get king-sized bedding into the drum with no issue. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Gone are the days of buying a Whirlpool product and expecting it to work as intended for a normal period of time. This washing machine broke within 1.5 years of normal use. Initially, we received error codes that indicated Lo FL. This mainly occurred when using the cold cycles. However, we were able to try different wash categories, such as Towels, Bulky Items, etc. Eventually those failed too. We finally called a repairperson who said we have a bad valve and the detergent drawer needed to be replaced. Both items would cost $475! Essentially over half the price of the washer that I paid approximately $800 for. Judging by the other reviews, I will have no recourse with Whirlpool. This is a total piece of junk and should be avoided at all costs. Also, in reference to other posters who recommended buying the extended warranty, I don't want to buy a product that requires an extended warranty. The Whirlpool brand and name used to mean something to me, and I've purchased multiple Whirlpool appliances, including refrigerators, other washers and dryers, and dishwashers. But I am done. I will not be purchasing another Whirlpool product again.

I’ve had this washer for less than three years and it’s already broken. I contacted My local repair company and they wouldn’t even touch it. They said they have been having many problems with the new Whirlpool washers. They then recommended I contact Whirlpool to fix. Contact Whirlpool to schedule service and wait two weeks. The Whirlpool tech came and is not sure what is wrong with it. He’s going to order multiple parts to fix but he’s not sure until he takes the washer apart. One part alone with out labor is over 400 dollars. At this point it is just cheaper to replace this washer. I feel for the price tag of this washer is should last more than two years. I paid more to get this washer and now I’m left going to the laundromat every Saturday morning. Please don’t make the mistake and buy this washer like I did. Whirlpool will most likely leave a message to this comment to contact them. Unfortunately I already did this and I’m still with a non working washer.

I would not recommend this to anyone. It doesn’t drain water properly, and when the service technician came, they couldn’t fix the issue. Additionally, the soap container doesn’t release properly and appears to be dysfunctional. Fortunately, I was able to get it replaced under warranty and opted for an LG brand instead.

Load and go dispenser is awesome. Didn't think it would be a big deal, but it definitely streamlines the process. It also makes it easier for kids to manage laundry chores. Haven't used all of the cycles (yet), but clothes do come out clean. Chrome shadow color is pretty neutral.

Do not buy this quality seems good because it's whirlpool I had this washer for 6 months only and It already gave me too much repair and replacement and when you call whirlpool they will just send technician to fix it and it will take some time for them to replace the washer itself until they find what really wrong with it until now i'm in that situation I had 3 replacement in this washer and still not working what happen in the next few years if you will get the same problem. I do not recommend the washer.

So how this has 4.2 stars is just a miracle to me. Awful washer I had a cheap turn dial washer last me 20 years this has barley and I mean barley made it 2 and half. Loud, barley cleans, stays on one minute near the end for like half hour. Now the mother board is out 500 dollar fix. Whirlpool was amazing. Now they need to step up to what they used to be. I hope they can cause they used to be great.

Both the pair excited about the Wash N Go system. However, I have been plagued with the washer running for hours without advancing the count down and Lo FLO indicators even though new hoses and plenty of water is available. Both are resolved by turning it on and off, but I shouldn’t have to do that. Then the matching dryer doesn’t dry completely and I constantly have damp clothes and have to run a timed cycle to dry them completely. Disappointed....

Best washer and dryer. Good price and good experience.

Repair costs after 2 1/2 years was more than the cost of a new one so I replaced it and bought the extended warranty this time.

I do not recommend this washer. I have had it less than 3 years and am now waiting on my 3 repair to be performed. The part needed is back ordered and I have already been without my washer for 2 weeks and they have no ETA on when the part will arrive. I am in limbo and have to use a laundromat to wash my family’s clothes.
