    The best buy employees were great. They installed everything within 10-15 minutes while removing my previous washing machine without any issues. They showed each portion of the washing machine and best parts. They were polite and courteous.

    I'm not a huge fan of this washer. It's a lot louder than my old one, and is very inconsistent with the spin cycle. Doesn't handle large loads very well. The first one came and was a complete mess, hopping all over the place. They came to adjust it 2 times, and then I returned it for another- the second one is much better, but not great,

    Wash machine is good and works great. Service with Best Buy was good. Had a little snag in the scheduling of delivery, but other than that it was smooth. We love doing business with you guys.
