Caused me to lose a rebate....and I had problems with it as well and now the soap drawer is broke. There is no way to take Easily clean the drain catch inside of it gets clogged either. And the dark clothes water setting is automatically real hot.You have to turn it down.

Our previous was also a Whirlpool and we have never had any issues. I like the different settings and the steam cleaning. I wish it had a light on the inside.
