Everything seems fine so far. They came and delivered the washing machine and installs it with no problem and were very friendly, knowledgeable and quick.

When doing bulky items it shakes so bad during the spin cycle that it moves and has to be pushed back which is very hard for a 68 year old woman. I've had 3 prior front loading machines and never had this issue. It seems to wash well but I think I will have to get a different brand next time unless Whirlpool can fix this issue or maybe replace this machine.

But it didn't take long to figure out the different settings such as the wrinkle control, sanitize, and towel features which are a plus.

Had this washer less than 5 months, multiple error codes due to a clogged filter. Note that we use our washer A LOT with 6 adults in the house. Turns out that the design of the washer allows some pretty large items to pass through to the filter. Once they get there, the smaller stuff jams up and you get error codes. Here's where I would take Whirlpool to task - they put the filter where you have to remove the entire front of the washer to get to it. STUPID. Issue #2 - their owners guides are generic and USELESS. Dear Geek Squad - thanks for being useless. When I'm out of my warranty, you get to fix this junk.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after only 3 months, the washer does not spin fast enough to wring dry the items inside even though set on the highest spin setting. the timer is also not functioning properly. it will say 14 min remaining the turn off in 2 minutes. OR it will say 2 min remaining and take another 15. so backwards. not happy

Found out the hard way the pods won't totally dissolve in it. Kept having clothes that were glued together. Switched to liquid soap, no more issues
