I bought this expensive machine 2 years ago. The machine dont work. The Best Buy scammer team wants to "help me" sending me their most "professional" technitian for a DIAGNOSTIC ONLY for 125 dollar. Really? You selling trash expensive equipment that breaks in 2 years and you still want to milk customer charging them more money??? You all are shameless!!! I cant be believe you. Do you want to be professional?? How about you stop scamming people and start selling decent appliances. Omg. More than 1,000 dollars for this trash machines and you still want to charge me for DIAGNOSTIC. Never again NEVER AGAIN

Experience working in industrial laundry business. Understand the need to conserve water. Watching numerous washing cycles I believe the machine is not providing enough water for the wash and rinse cycles. Leaving soap residue. We have varied the amount of HE soap and has not really made a difference.

Have only used a handful of times but so far the machine works great & has many cycle options. Definitely recommend a stand, as it is low to the ground.

However, when I ordered the washer, there was no place to have the installers attach the washer to the existing pedestal. Therefore, I now have a washer close to the floor. Not happy.
