According to Whirlpool this not covered under warranty. Other than that it works as designed.

The dryer is great but the washing machine is terrible. It sounds like a rocket is taking off when it is on the spin cycle. It rocks back and forth no matter if it is a light load or heavy load. I think I purchased a broken unit and going to call Best Buy for a replacement.
