BEWARE there is no way to access the filter

All other brands have one and don't require users to open the washing machine completely to access the filter at the very front bottom. Is this some sort of scam so we are forced to call somebody to service the washing machine twice a year? Very disappointed with this, If I had noticed this before, I would have never bought it.

The Dryer just stopped working

We had the Whirlpool duets for years and they were fine. This model has an internal filter to catch pet hair. The consumer is not able to empty it. It requires a technician to come out every time! every three months we have to have somebody out. When the warranty wears out, we might as well buy a new one. Oh, maybe that’s what they want….

To get it to power on, you have to unplug it, or turn off the breaker and back on. Has taken a whole day to dry a load of towels. Won’t be replacing it with this dryer. Unfortunately my washer matches it, and works fine, so I won’t have a matching pair. Bottom line, don’t buy this dryer.
