Whirlpool Customer Service is the worst. Will not tell me when I can get a new part (could be months) and they claim not to have any managers. They will offer 15% off if you buy a Whirlpool washer that may or may not last a year. Oh, and you won't have that for two weeks and you will pay for it to be installed. Joke.

Turns out the drain to clean out the filter is installed inside the washer and you need to break down the whole machine to drain out the washer. I wish I did not get this washer, waste of money

Vibrates and shudders violently

The washer is level, and it still shudders horribly when spinning. It is so bad that it vibrates our walls and floors. Worst appliance purchase I have ever made.

Very Cheap Quality

However, upon installation it immediately flooded our laundry room as the installer was making sure it worked properly. Upon further inspection, we found it to be very cheaply made. We returned it and bought an LG washer instead, and are much happier with the higher quality of LG!

Not a good quality washing machine

After only 5 months this washing machine died on me. I called for warranty repair and when the tech came, he said the board went bad and have to replace, he put an order and Whirlpool says out of stock so now I'm without a washing machine.

Install guy flooded my basement because he duck taped to water out hoses together intead of getting the right hose. Had to fight with Best Buy just to refund the install fee. They were terrible. Never again.
