Whirlpool was no help what so ever but best buy stepped up and made things right. That is why i love shopping through best buy. Now that I have a unit that works correctly I love this washer.

No complaints as far as the purchase, delivery, and installation goes. The products work great over the month I've had them so far. One critique is I wish I would have been informed upon check out that a stacking kit is required to stack the washer and dryer, and that it's a separate purchase. The installer informed me of this but fortunately I don't have to stack them yet. It's not the easiest process to find the stacking kit and figuring out if it's compatible with my washer/dryer models. Some clarity and direction for this will be helpful to other customers.

All other buttons work properly except this one. Glad i purchase a protection plan but when i spoke to a Best buy representative i have to contact Whirpool. This is one of my favorite brands to buy but this time it dissapointed me.

Poor replacement for previous Duet maching=e

We had to cut into wood molding to get machine in. (matching dryer fit). Runs forever long. Time remaining on face has no connection to when cycle might end. old machine had a delayed start feature. this one does not. Clean washer notification is small flashing light at the end of a cycle. Too small to notice. Well now that I know what to look for.. Soap dispenser can not be open to fill if Door is also open ie they impead each other. Door is big (nice) but standard laundry baskets do not fit below, so you have to open door before placing basket.

I've been through several washers, none seem to hold up to the amkunt of laundry i find myself doing. Its quiet and the only down side is that you cant use any laundry detergent, you must use HE

We didn’t need anything fancy and this fit the bill. The drum is so much larger and the variety of washes is great. We are very happy with the purchase.
