Nice color, washes great in Cold water ,, doesn’t seem to really spin and drain the clothing very well. I would make a step up on this model.

We bought this Whirlpool washing machine to replace an 18 year old Duet. We didn’t need anything fancy and this fit the bill. The drum is so much larger and the variety of washes is great. We are very happy with the purchase.

I have wanted a front load washer for years and so happy with this purchase my clothes are so much cleaner and I have cut down the number of loads it takes to complete laundry

This machine is a replacement for a Whirlpool Duet Washing machine that had fried its circuit board. for starters dimensions were not correct. We had to cut into wood molding to get machine in. (matching dryer fit). Runs forever long. Time remaining on face has no connection to when cycle might end. old machine had a delayed start feature. this one does not. Clean washer notification is small flashing light at the end of a cycle. Too small to notice. Well now that I know what to look for.. Soap dispenser can not be open to fill if Door is also open ie they impead each other. Door is big (nice) but standard laundry baskets do not fit below, so you have to open door before placing basket.

After my fancy LG machine broke ine 4 years that had all the bells and whistles I bought this whirlpool washer and all I can say is I can’t believe how much better it works then the LG that was twice the price

The cycles on this machine take longer than my previous Whirlpool Duet washer but still leave the clothes much wetter at the end of the cycle so it takes longer to dry. I've tried different settings and load types but the result is the same. Longer cycle times=more energy use=higher cost to me. Not impressed.

Overall a very good washer. Has all the wash settings needed, wash times are excellent and does an excellent job of getting clothes and bulky items clean. Only gripe is the noisy spin cycle. Have not tried the steam option.

Not only do my clothes smell better but can definitely see that they are more clean too! So easy to use, love the sound signals. I also love the size of the load compared to my last washer

I like the washer. However, it was not connected properly by Geek Squad and I have water damage to my residence. Best Buy did send Geek Squad back to reconnect. I am in the claims process with the contractors insurance. I like the washer. It looks great and cool features. I trust Whirlpool will hold up better than other brands.

The washer is working great and it has enough capacity for our family. By stacking both washer and dryer, we were able to save space in the laundry room.
