Side loading washing machines are the way to go; they're more efficient and get your clothes cleaner without damaging them like a top load with a center agitator. I highly recommend this washing machine.

Coming from a 3yr old Samsung. This is a superior product. Great capacity and has all the features I need. We use the quick wash setting all the time. Picked this up from the Best Buy Outlet and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase process, delivery, install and haul off.

Easy to operate with a variety of nice features. Lots of options for water temperature, spin cycle speed dirt level, and additional rinse cycle settings. Soap dispenser is easy to use and easy to remove for cleaning. I always remove the soap dispenser at the end of laundry day. I have found, with other front loading models, that mold can begin growing if the soap dispenser retains a water (which it does) or moisture after washing.

Durable and really gets everything super clean leaving no fuzzies

I just purchased this, but have already done five loads. It has been pretty easy to figure out how to use it. I love it so far, works great.

I received this in January 2023 and am replacing it in December 2024 with a Speed Queen set. I *hate* this machine. It is loud, it shakes a lot with anything outside a small load of clothing to the point it moves and it has continuous errors. The last few months the clothes often are still soaking wet so I have to rerun the spin cycle, sometimes twice on larger loads. Also efficiency is a sick joke. The bedding cycle is insanely long. A lot of the issues have to due with the machine being made of cheap plastic and all the EPA efficiency laws that have turned appliances into disposable junk. This set is way too expensive to last only 2 years. The dryer is equally horrible. Doesn’t dry well, takes forever, up to an hour and 40 minutes to dry basic items. I will never buy anything Whirlpool again unless they change the standards and start making quality appliances that last.

Excellent!!! Easy to install, works very well, the digital panel is very sensitive to touch which makes it comfortable when using, makes a little noise in the rinse cycle, but does not stun, I recommend it 100%

Great washer, but I don't think the front load spin as good as the top load. But so far I am loving my new washer.

The washing machine is very nice. I love how it cleans my clothes, and I love the way it can tell the amount of water it needs to wash.

This has been a good addition to our washer/dryer combo. Our washer “washed out” and this has been a good replacement. It’s a stackable unit and it’s a little bit wider than the existing dryer but it still locks on and is stable. My only complaint about this product is that it causes major water hammer in our pipes. Our house has a whole house hammer device and I put on 2 small hammer devices on each of the lines into the washer but they didn’t help at all. I guess we’ll just have to get to use to the banging when the wash is running.

Too fancy with electronics. Can't just set cold wash normal. Errors out with any hot temp. Weighs clothes to determine level. Ultra sensitive to excess soap. Washed 3x to get suds out. Cycles are longer than usual. 2 hr. Delicate is 52 minutes; shortest time.

Bought this washer after our old one broke. Simple to use. Effective. Great brand to trust.

great unit, i am replacing a whirlpool duet unit. very reliable. my only complaint is that the bottom drawer should fit the new unit, to avoid wasting $250

This washer does an excellent job! I especially love the sanitary cycle. I had a shirt that I could not get the smell out of and ran it through the sanitary setting and it came out fresh. The same went for my daughter's clothes. We ran everything through this setting when we first got the machine after our old washer broke (it stopped draining and so we had brought our laundry to a laundromat to wash and brought everything home to dry in our old dryer and then the dryer broke while we were waiting on our new set, so we just decided to wait for the new set, but her clothes had that mildew smell. It took that smell right out. Love this machine!!
