This appliance was supposed to be able to have the door swapped by the installer, but they advised against it due to prior issues with leaks. As is, this machine is great (the installer was able to cross install my dryer and washer). It does vibrate and is a bit loud for me.

Washer works well and is pretty quiet, we have only used the quick wash so far but am pleased with its proformance so far. There are many settings which we havent explored as of yet.

Brand new washer will not wash clothes, showed LO FL alarm on the first load and every load I tried to wash. Has taken 1-2 hrs. to complete a load of laundry. Over engineered garbage.

Staff not helpful or knowledgeable about appliances the washer i bought leaks and all wash cycles are not operational it will stop in rinse mode,PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!

I purchased this item open box due to a few small dings & marks. This unit is a secondary washer to my top loader. I was able to get all marks out with some light abrasion with my magic eraser & rubbing alcohol. It came out wonderful! Still some scratches & dents but, as i already mentioned... don't care. The performance of this unit is great! We put a rubber mat underneath it. Just to decrease vibration on our old concrete. It's very quiet. The capacity is amazing. It hasnt skipped a beat no matter how dirty the load of wash! It keeps coming out clean! I'd absolutely recommend this unit.

Love our new washer and dryer set. We did a lot of research and are extremely happy with our purchase. Very easy to use with just the right amount of features. Holds much more than I thought it would for being a medium size - I’d imagine the large bin would be for commercial use. Perfect for our family of 4. They appear to be of good quality. I think we’ll have this washer/dryer set for years to come. Also big shout out to the wonderful customer service and scheduling system Best Buy has in place. Not only do they sell great quality products, at very competitive prices, but they have a great customer care team.

I bought this washer because I trust this brand. My last whoolpool front loaded washer lasted 13 years. This washer is a little larger and has many more button and options. Most of these I will never use. The electronic buttons are very sensitive and once at the beginning of my use I accidently hit a button and it stopped the washing process and I did not notice this until an hr later. I then had to start the load from scratch. I am very careful now not to bump the electronic buttons. I do like that the washer has a despenser of soap, softener and bleach that can be removed and washed. Many do not. Overall I am very pleased with this machine.

I wish the door was clear. You can’t see the clothes. The white with the big round black door just isn’t astheticslly pleasing but i only needed the washer. So it doesn’t look good with the older style door dryer. Hopefully i can get the matching dryer in the near future. It gets my clothes clean and it’s easy to use so i guess that’s what really counts.

So happy we upgraded! We've had this unit for a month now and so far so good. It's so quiet, I have to leave the laundry door open to remind me that I'm doing laundry. Our clothes come out cleaner than with our old unit and I can do 3 loads in one. Love it!!

So far I’m really enjoying this washer. I think this brand is amazing. When actually down sized the capacity, but this hasn’t been an issue. This washer holds a lot. I work from home and this washer isn’t too loud. I can actually talk on the phone and have the washer going at the same time and there is no issue. This washer really cleans your clothes.
