I really like this machine. It is very quiet and gets our clothes really clean. This is a replacement to our 6 year old. But my only two complaints are that this model doesn’t have a drum light or the load and go option. However we chose this one because of the size and balance and anti vibration feature.

Great front load washer! This provides Avery thorough cleaning and was priced much better than competitors’ washers. Installed very quickly and with minimal fuss. Only criticism would be the spin cycle is rather loud. All in all a good buy!

This washer is one of the best investments I have made in a long time! It is quiet, efficient & cleans my clothes superbly! Also stackable and a lot of room! I would do it again!

We love our new washing machine! It's been working really well and the capacity is massive. It's easy to use. The only thing is that it does take longer to run a load.

Great machine, works very reliably but there has been some issues with the lock oj the door. Thankfully with the warranty this is sorted nice and quick any time anything comes up

Our 15 year old Whirlpool broke beyond repair (the metal drum cracked and no one in the house could weld). So it was time to replace it with a new one. The most impressive thing about the new one is how silent it is. I can't even tell its running and its very nice. The button layout is also much easier to use. It also fit on our old stand so I didn't need to replace it. Fantastic purchased. Had it delivered, installed, and the old one hauled away.

Mostly good. However, had a few times error code pops up (looks like it's DR.. which sorta makes sense) and washer won't start until door is opened and firmly closed again. Provided documentation doesn't list error codes. Product website also doesn't have this info. Perhaps is the door sensor. Will see if need to use warranty fix. Wash cycles are also much longer than in prior model (which we had for just over 16 years). Hope this replacement is as durable. I would recommend this to a friend

The delivery was on time and install done well , the machine is quite as a mouse and does the laundry so well and quickly like in 24 minutes . It is sleek and easy to use , HIgh efficiency too so I feel like I’m saving water here in ca that’s a big deal

Love this stackable washer and dryer, very space saving, quiet and easy to use. Occasionally the buttons are sensitive so I turn off and back on and can usually get the machines to work.

Newly purchased Whirlpool washer had been delivered and installed is as advertised in its ability to handle large loads and clean them very well. Lots of great features to help with washing all of items correctly and to help last longer. We do miss our twenty one year old Duet washer but this a nice addition to our house hold.

Does a great job removing dog hair, cleans tough stains. Capacity is pretty big, great for the price. The dryer from the combo has been quite the headache, so removing one start since I like my appliances to match

Super easy to use and nice simple display. Also it’s very quite, way quieter than our old Whirlpool model that lasted 12 years of heavy use. Very happy and the installers were awesome too!!

Absolutely in love with the washer. Front Load was a risk but it has turned out great. So easy to use. Programming is linear and logical. Clothes are always clean. No rewashing with this washer.

Like the sleek look, but some odd things abt how it starts up… counts down from 3 ? No light in the drum like the previous model. But it cleans well, and is quiet. The clothes have very little water in them when moving to dryer.

This washing machine is very quiet and efficient! The spin cycles are very gentle to your clothes and your ears. The controls are very modern and easy to use. We replaced an 18 year old washer and were amazed at the advances in technology in this machine!
