This isn’t the highest-end model, but had the look I wanted and is very easy to understand and use. You can just turn it on and go. Very happy with my purchase and the efficiency the new washer has.

We did notice one minor problem … the door latch was loose and the delivery guy was not able to fix it. Door still closes though.

Dependable Whirlpool

Last set lasted our household 18 1/2 years. This washer appears to clean clothes as good or better than last set. I like the changes in the door seal which enable you to easily dry the door and front seal with a hand towel or paper towel. Do spend some time getting used to the options since there are many. Roberto was our delivery person and he was very efficient too.

It doesn't spin the clothes as dry and doesn't get them as cleas as my other 2. Hoping I can figure it out.

Cleans well and times of cycles are standard. I do wish I had purchased a larger size, though. Even with 2 people and 2 dogs, this is a bit small. The best buy men that installed my washer were awesome. Quik, efficient and courteous. While they spoke limited english, one of the carried an app to help with translation.
