This whirlpool product is amazing! It’s quiet and gets the job done!! I love love love to wash/Dry all day and night because we’re so satisfied with this/these amazing products we couldn’t of made a better choice!

The machine is easy to use. It has several options to wash and I still need research all of them. Machine works efficiently and looks good.

Love this machine. I went from an older Whirlpool front loader Duet model to this and I am very pleased. I wasnt sure how I wold like the style but its much cleaner and I really like that. The footprint is slightly larger but we were able to fit it on top of our old drawers. The new unit is slightly larger but unless you know you wouldnt even notice. My clothes come out cleaner and the machine is SO nice and quiet that I forget I have clothes in the washer. Nice job whirlpool! Best Buy did an OUTSTANDING job with delivery. They were professional, friendly, clean and careful with setup. All around super experience.

I really like this washing machine. it replaced a Whirlpool front loader that was about 20 years old. This one performs equally well with a few differences. The controls are easier to use. The inside feels smaller. but is actually slightly larger. The only negative difference I have found so far is the soap dispenser. The plastic seems to be flimsier. Other than that I recommend this product.

Let me start by sayig that I have always though Whirlpool products are great products. I can still remeber the commercials with the Whirlpool repair guy being bored because they never break. Well, that was the 70's and 80's and me aging isn't the only change that has happened over the years. I purchased this in April 2023 and I am getting the feeling that I will need to replace it. Not a fan of this machine and I had one that worked but wanted to upgrade and get a more efficient unit. Considering I have to run loads twice because the spin cycle leaves things soaking wet it's not very efficient. It shakes a lot with any amount of items in it so don't put anything on top of it because it will be on the floor. I had to replace the main compluter panel within the first two or three months and hoped that would be the end of it. Considering we had to wait for a bit for the part, the repair guy pointed out, it didn't bode well for the overall unit. We have had many many situations where you are positive you turned it on and an hour later you realize it didn't start. And the new computer doesn't always even recognize you are pushing buttons so clearly this isn't the end of the story with this washer. OVerall, this unit is way too expensive to last only 2 years.

Bought this to replace my last Whirlpool washer - that lasted 16 years! This isn’t the highest-end model, but had the look I wanted and is very easy to understand and use. You can just turn it on and go. Very happy with my purchase and the efficiency the new washer has.

Great product. Good size and functions. Bought open box so amazing price with drain hose needing to be replaced and legs missing; all easily purchased elsewhere. Would consider open box again.

Love it — Washes clothes really well, it has a large capacity, and the control panel was easy to use. We did notice one minor problem … the door latch was loose and the delivery guy was not able to fix it. Door still closes though.

Although this front load Whirlpool washer is made by the same company that I have had 2 others from, this one is not quite as good. It doesn't spin the clothes as dry and doesn't get them as cleas as my other 2. Hoping I can figure it out.

The perfect washer, that fits great in my rental, the price was amazing, I purchased the bundle that included the dryer, refrigerator, stove & microwave.

This washer has been easy to use and very good at its job! I could be prejudiced because I lived without a washer for 9 weeks.

Pretty good, just make sure you dont wash specific towels that release fibers in the filters or else the filter gets clogged but other than that very good washing machine, had it since 2023

Purchased Whirlpool He pair because of past experience. Last set lasted our household 18 1/2 years. This washer appears to clean clothes as good or better than last set. I like the changes in the door seal which enable you to easily dry the door and front seal with a hand towel or paper towel. Do spend some time getting used to the options since there are many. Roberto was our delivery person and he was very efficient too.

Washes efficiently with good load size, but gets loud.
