Originally had purchased the 5.3 cu ft top load washer, but it was taking awhile for it to get it. Ordered this one instead and am quite pleased with its size and washing ability up to this point. Having the removable agitator is a nice feature for those bulkier items like a comforter.

Works like charm.. Easy and user friendly! Highly recommended. Also cooperative people sent by Best Buy to install.

So far this washer has been great! I’m finding it easy to use although sometimes I need to go for the deep wash to have a little more water. But again, so far, it’s been great.

Great washer for a large family. I have three kids which means lots of laundry throughout the week. Plus blankets, jackets, and everything else you can think of. This washer can handle it all. After a walk through on how to operate it from the installer we have been using it non-stop. It is quieter than most washers while still being simplistic to use. Overall great washer.

Revised review from previous one STAR review - which seems to have vanished. Bought this SMART washer in April 2023 to replace a 22-year old DUMB Whirlpool clothes washer which had been a rock during its lifetime. The SMART washer died after 11 weeks and it then took 2 months to get it diagnosed, parts order and the repair completed. Had to pay $110/month for a rental in the interim. Whirlpool warranty folks were very helpful in the process and I was lucky to have an excellent local appliance store which could handle the repair. Today, I am back in business. However, my advice remains, buy a OLD DUMB washer if you can find one. I have no idea why you need multiple circuit boards for hot/cold/warm wash/rinse/drain.

I originally wanted a different washer but ended up with this set. I am so glad I purchased this. I love the size and the fact I can remove the agitator if I want to fit a king size quilt. I also love that it spins the clothes pretty dry which uses less gas for the dryer.

After owning this product for 2 years I'm satisfied with the product I just wish it would not take so long per cycle.

Nice washer. I like the options for deep fill. The faucet function is nice since I use liquid and I don’t have to put the soap right on the clothes. The removal agitator is very nice for large blankets. The cleaning cycle will not let you do anything if it hasn’t been ran approx 1 month. I’m glad I read that in a review prior to buying the washer! The only thing I dislike is that it doesn’t have dispensers for soap and rinse. I will never go back to front load. This washer costs me about $20 a month more but my clothes are cleaner!

This is a great washing machine with No Wifi integration that complicates and locks out features like my last machine. Simply connect water hoses, drain hose, and plug it in. Like home appliances should be, plug and play.

This machine is a piece of garbage. We had it for less than a year before it started malfunctioning. One day, while it was running a cycle, it stopped mid-cycle. The machine was unplugged for a few minutes, and it started back up fine. The next day, it did the same exact thing, but only this time, it did not start back. We had to pull the laundry out, soaking wet, and suction out the water, the best we could. A claim was filed, only to find out it would be three weeks before a "certified" technician could come and look at it. When the technician came to look at it, that was all they did: look at it. The washer worked for one cycle while they were here, and after they left, it went back to its old ways. Save yourself some time, money, and effort. Go for another brand. Whirlpool has definitely gone downhill.

If you are looking for a great price for a package deal, then this is it. Both the washer and dryer are Fantastic and work amazingly. Love the washer and how it has a removable agitator. Plus the dryer can handle big loads. Worth ever price

I'm very happy with my new washing machine, I love the removable agitator, I love the glass top, I can watch the clothes wash. sounds crazy but I love it. The machine tells me which cycle it is on. Love It

The removeable agitator is a win. Last machine we had did not have the agitator and it does make a big difference in getting the clothes clean. But we can remove it for comforters and bedding.

I really like having the option to use or remove the agitator. I don't like how loud the machine is when it's running. (If you have a laundry room with a door you can close, this may not be a big deal.) Also, there is no tray to pour liquid detergent, so I either have to use pods/packs, or pause the cycle just before the wash cycle begins to add the liquid.

My family loves this washing machine and the large capacity it has. Cuts time spent doing laundry down. I can wash my body pillow and our sleeping bags in it. No more going to the laundry mat. I like the fact it has a removable agitator but haven't used it that way yet.

Went back to a top loader and am very happy. Holds a lot and I like the removable agitator. Lots of optional cycles too. Best buys price including delivery and take a way was better.

Perfect washer love the ability to remove the center piece if I have to wash a blanket. Although, it works beautifully it is LOUD.

I absolutely HATE this product! I never write reviews. But, feel the need. I have hated this machine from the start. I didn't realize that I could have returned it within `14 days or I would have. It is terribly loud, it wrinkles clothes so bad - extremely tight wrinkles and tons of them that they don't even come out in the dryer, it doesn't get blankets clean, there's no basket at the top to catch any lint or animal hair. The extra large capacity is useless as it doesn't get the water out on sheets or blankets. I tried to turn the spin cycle on to get it to wring out the excess water and it wouldn't let me. I'm trashing this one and buying something else. Also, it's companion dryer is very frustrating. The top is curved, so you can't stack stuff on it as gravity eventually causes anything to fall to the floor and when you pull out the lint screen, it makes an absolute mess on the top of the machine. I HATE both of these machines so bad that my laundry is so backed up because of the anxiety of dealing with these machines.
