We figured the $700 price tag would warrant some safety and longevity considering there are some cheaper units. This unit has lasted us 1 year and 5 months and today we were told by multiple people that the drain pump for these unit are faulty. Most calls regarding drain pump issues are from this SKU. We now have to put an additional $400 for an original part + labor. For the actual use, it does what a washer is supposed to do: wash. Not many customization options and the water temp is usually around the same no matter what. You should definitely spend a bit more to get an LG washer. It'll save you time, money, and convenience in the long run.

The removable agitator seems like a good feature, but in our first month of use, we haven’t had a need to remove it. It would be nice if it showed remaining time left in the cycle.

I really like the removable agitator when washing bulky items. The different functions is nice as well. I have not used all of the functions so I cannot speak on everything. The gentlemen who delivered were very polite, clean and fast!

It is a combination of 2 in 1 options. It can be used without agitator which gives more space to wash bulky clothes like blanket. Agitator is easy to remove and easy to put back in.

Not fancy like the Samsung we had to replace to get a matching set. No fabric softener or soap dispenser. The 14 year old washer we had to replace had all of that. Very basic but it works. Doesn't feel terribly sturdy and is not terribly quiet.

I also like that the washer automatically starts the wash cycle after completing the soak cycle. I do not like that there is no indicator to identify remaining time left in the wash cycle. Also, would have loved to have the load and go feature on this washer and the scrub brush. All features only offered on the larger size washer.

I love the feature of removing the agitator if desired. I do use the agitator with sheets as it keeps them from becoming one large bubble in the center but it works great for most other loads with the agitator removed. Working great! Not as loud as my previous older model with agitator. Definitely balances the loads well compared to my past model.

The removable agitator has helped with washing big bed sheets or thick blankets, even washable rugs.
