This machine is really quite easy to use. I needed a large capacity washer and this certainly works

I love that you can removed the middle part for the blankets and the tub is perfect can’t complain of it makes the clothes really clean love it

This item is the best purchased I made it has self cleaning and a lot of options to wash from its detergent sheet friendly it leaves no residue it cleans and makes my clothes clean for days.

Good washer had to put water hammers in to quiet the pipes from banging

Washer is great. Unhappy with best buy. Went to store 20 min and no one helped. Went to app and selected move/relocation of old washer. Not remove or recycle. I had to work and my daughter was home for delivery. Delivery people said they had to take because it was on their orders even though my daughter said I wanted it left. No calls to office. No call to me said they had no choice. Since when is the customer wrong Finally get a call back and they said they pulled washer but I have to pick up. Don’t have that ability. Why I got washer delivered No one would take responsibility for the issue. Just said sorry and either pick it up or abandon

So far it works great ,only had it acouple months.But i really like it and it washes great.Didnt give it five stars because its only been a couple of months.

Lovin it! Load, Set, Start, (Maybe adjust the loads without the agitator,) and let it do it's job! It's really been great compared to the other without the removable tower agitator.

Was needing to purchase a new washer and dryer set. This met my needs. Would recommend to my friends and family. Very easy to use.

Love all the washing options - love having an agitator again - does a fantastic job in washing everything from delicates to bulky items. Totally happy with purchase.

I use this Whirlpool top-load washer all the time. The 2-in-1 removable agitator gives extra room for bulky items or tough stains. The built-in faucet helps pretreat messes before washing, and the deep water wash, presoak, and extra rinse options really clean my clothes thoroughly. Durable and gets the job done well.

The washer works great. The spin cycle is a little noisy, but works well. Washed a large blanket without the agitator, do not recommend doing this. It was sopping wet after the spin cycle. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

A little loud but cleans great. Water extraction is amazing.

Washer does it’s job but it is a little noisy, needs a soap dispenser and would be nice if it had a chime or buzzer when done.

Wash wise it was just fine but you had better love lots of noise. It clicks and bangs all the time. I had to return it and buy a much better one because this even scared our dogs. If you don't put the clothes in just right, it takes forever for the washer to balance the load in order for it to continue. I had to open it up and shift the clothes myself.

The removeable oscillator is convenient. Very unique option. However, one down side is that there is no display of time a cycle will take or finish. So you do not know when to anticipate the cycle will end.

The washer works well, it’s not the quietest one I’ve ever had though. Easy to use.

I like the flexibility of having an agitator or removing it. Cleans well great options. Sales and delivery was also excellent.

We like our new washer. Actually gets large comforters clean. Love being able to remove agitator.

Broke a year 3 months after the day of purchase. Whirpool covers nothing I feel like buying this was a waste, I put my trust in the whirlpool name but I was left wanting. I would skip this purchase. If I am going to spend almost $400 to fix I might as well buy a new one from a different manufacturer.
