Love the fact that you get the best of both with or without an agitator. So easy to remove and replace the agitator. Easy to use the machine.

Love this washer! Easy to use and very handy to remove the agitator to put in bulky towels and large comforters.

I read some of the reviews and I thought this was not going to be the right washer for me. What I wanted was just a plain washer without all the digital and push buttons on it. It took a while, but I got the hang of it, and I am happy with this machine. It is bigger than the one I had, and it is great.

Works great! I love that you can remove the agitator for bigger blankets! Everything gets clean! Easy to use and understand.

Overall I think this washer does a good job. I like the cycle options available, but the only thing that bugs me is it seems to be very difficult to get the clothes situated inside well enough as to not cause the tub to be unbalanced. Seems like no matter what is in it there is the racket from it banging into the dryer from the unbalanced load. Outerwise does a pretty good job cleaning the clothes.

Love the large capacity for large loads and the Stainless steel tub to stay clean longer, and no worries of paint chipping in the interior tub.

Love my new washer and dryer and the salesman and on time or early delivery could not have been better. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The option of using the agitator or not is an added bonus.

Careful! The clear lid can be a real time-waster! The 'faucet' function is brilliant. Our laundry room doesn't have a separate sink, so being able to pre-rinse something or even rinse your hands is an excellent feature. The removable agitator makes doing beach towels and comforters and the laundry-mat a thing of the past. We were fortunate enough to get this as an 'open box' refurb. Highly recommend doing that when it's available. You save money on cosmetic issues!

Hmmm... something was wrong with this washer from the beginning. If you washed 1 shirt or a normal load the tub would get out of balance, stopping the tub from spinning almost 75% of the time. We Returned this one and bought a different brand. I hope all other customers had a better experience.

Wish it had a countdown timer . I bit loud and takes a good hour to wash.

This washer is wonderful I love being able to take out the agitator so I can get my blankets washed thoroughly it’s really a great deal

So far it is greater than I thought. The tub is much larger than I anticipated which is great. I washed my queen comforter with room to spare. I do have an issue with Whirlpool because I registered both washer and dryer. I tried to log on later and everything is gone. Both my e-mail and password say invalid. Best Buy did a great job with getting in the house and all set up.

Works great, a little noisy but clothes come out clean!

This washer is perfect for small or large loads. I love the ease of removing the agitator when washing large items.
