I read some of the reviews and I thought this was not going to be the right washer for me. What I wanted was just a plain washer without all the digital and push buttons on it. It took a while, but I got the hang of it, and I am happy with this machine. It is bigger than the one I had, and it is great.

I use this Whirlpool top-load washer all the time. The 2-in-1 removable agitator gives extra room for bulky items or tough stains. The built-in faucet helps pretreat messes before washing, and the deep water wash, presoak, and extra rinse options really clean my clothes thoroughly. Durable and gets the job done well.

Careful! The clear lid can be a real time-waster! The 'faucet' function is brilliant. Our laundry room doesn't have a separate sink, so being able to pre-rinse something or even rinse your hands is an excellent feature. The removable agitator makes doing beach towels and comforters and the laundry-mat a thing of the past. We were fortunate enough to get this as an 'open box' refurb. Highly recommend doing that when it's available. You save money on cosmetic issues!

Love it. Quiet and can take big loads and not leave soap residue.

Washer does it’s job but it is a little noisy, needs a soap dispenser and would be nice if it had a chime or buzzer when done.

The timer went out leas then a year and its so loud. No place for softner and because of the timer going out the apin cycle doesnt stop. Going back to another company

So far so good. Love the large tub basinand the fact the agitate part can be removed for bulky items. Best buy had the best price on this unit and I got a $75 gift card to boot. Hope it lasts quite awhile.

So far it is greater than I thought. The tub is much larger than I anticipated which is great. I washed my queen comforter with room to spare. I do have an issue with Whirlpool because I registered both washer and dryer. I tried to log on later and everything is gone. Both my e-mail and password say invalid. Best Buy did a great job with getting in the house and all set up.

This washer is perfect for small or large loads. I love the ease of removing the agitator when washing large items.

I’ve been using this new Whirlpool washer machine and Im thoroughly impressed! From the very first use, It has exceeded my expectations. Good cleaning power, Energy and water efficiency, quite operation and user friendly features.

Broke a year 3 months after the day of purchase. Whirpool covers nothing I feel like buying this was a waste, I put my trust in the whirlpool name but I was left wanting. I would skip this purchase. If I am going to spend almost $400 to fix I might as well buy a new one from a different manufacturer.

Clothes come out clean and fairly dry already because of drainage and spin cycles!

This washer is good. It has option to have agitator or no agitator. I use without agitator which is great for larger loads or comforters or large towels. It is reasonably quit. But there is no soap dispenser, you just pour soap on top of clothes

Overall I think this washer does a good job. I like the cycle options available, but the only thing that bugs me is it seems to be very difficult to get the clothes situated inside well enough as to not cause the tub to be unbalanced. Seems like no matter what is in it there is the racket from it banging into the dryer from the unbalanced load. Outerwise does a pretty good job cleaning the clothes.

Wish it had a countdown timer . I bit loud and takes a good hour to wash.

I like the washer, however, every time I start it there is knocking Is this normal ? I also miss seeing the timing of the cycle like I had on ny previous GE

I like the overall appearance and the size of the washing tub and the removable agitator I do not like the quality of wash I don't believe that it is efficient
