This washer is good. It has option to have agitator or no agitator. I use without agitator which is great for larger loads or comforters or large towels. It is reasonably quit. But there is no soap dispenser, you just pour soap on top of clothes

Great washer, with loads of cycles, ans a bleach dispenser

I love this machine. It’s not too complicated, but it can do so much. This machine replaces our 30 year old Kenmore! I love the fact that it senses the wash load, so we’re not wasting water! We use the quick wash for daily washes. Our clothes come out very clean.

Great and are using it less than the older one, bigger capacity with a removable agitator

I love having an agitator again... My clothes feel cleaner. It's a little smaller than my Samsung and a bit noisier

Got this for our vacation home in Florida. If this was my primary residence, I would be really really upset because this washing machine is awful. Yes it is great because you can take the agitator out and put in larger items but the real reason I’m giving it is is so loud and it is in the, main part of our house .

I love the option to remove the agitator in order to do bulky loads of laundry. I also really like the faucet feature on it. Overall, I’m very pleased with our purchase.

A great washer. I have managed to use every cycle so far!!! Love this machine. Not the quietest but a great value.

I tried to call but no one answered. The washer does not spin correctly. It gets off balance even with a light wash.

It’s a large capacity drum, co serves water with an option for “deep water” just seems to take a longer period of time to do a load. Haven’t gotten the fabric softener figured out but so far so good.

Top load washers (All) are hard on clothes and leaves spots on black items because of insufficient water level. If you use deep wash setting then it overfills. Be aware this washer does not have a fabric softener dispenser, have to use the downy ball. I would not recommend a top load washer to anyone. I would suggest keeping your old washer and have it repaired if possible or get a front load.

Easy to use. First washer I have purchased in years. Like that the agitator can be removed.

One of the best investments. It doesn't damage clothes and comes out clean. It has its own cleaning system. It doesn't store water, which causes unpleasant odors, and its balance sensors are very good

Love the removable agitator! Just wish it had had a fabric softener dispenser. Extra capacity is wonderful.

I feel it's a little soon to review but after 2 loads it's doing exactly what I hoped it would, wash the cloths! We did get a floor model and it was on sale, so we did get what i think is a really good deal.

We purchased this washing machine close to a month ago. So far it has exceeded all expectations. Very user friendly and it has eveeyones approval. I love the fact that we can remove the agitator for our comforters. A+

Absolutely love this washer! The agitator really helps to clean and balance the load for heavy or sensitive garments. So many options and the sensors are fantastic. I had a whirlpool washer for over 20 years and this one looks like a keeper.
