The agitator really helps to clean and balance the load for heavy or sensitive garments. So many options and the sensors are fantastic. I had a whirlpool washer for over 20 years and this one looks like a keeper.

Agitator for when things are really filthy from camping but removable for all those bulky items like blankets. I’ve had it a couple of weeks now, and I have NO complaints at all. No more smelly clothes like front loaders. For someone that uses Free and Clear detergents and can’t have heavy scents for the family, this washer hasn’t let me down yet.

So far it has exceeded all expectations. Very user friendly and it has eveeyones approval. I love the fact that we can remove the agitator for our comforters. A+
