All in all a great washer for the money !!

I can't say enough about being able to wash drapes and king comforters while removing the agitator. My laundry days of outsourcing are over!

Don't like not having a place for adding softener. When you pause it, you can't really tell if it's on the rinse cycle, and then it spins again, so can't' help but think the softener gets spun out.

Love everything about this washer except spin cycle can be very loud, thankfully it’s in the garage. Has many different settings that are useful.

Or, conversely, a load too light will cause the same effect. Solution: put in more items than your used to, but not overly heavy.
