The capacity of this washer is wonderful. Love the removable agitator.

This is a good washer. I really like that the agitator can be taken out, because it allows me to wash my queen size comforter. Putting the agitator isn’t hard putting back in once you get use to it.

This is one of the best once. I really love it. Its easy to use and faster. Not loud either. I recommend this brand.

This washing machine broke after only twenty washes. Parts weren't available to fix and am waiting on the new one now for almost two months.

The lid lock mechanism failed in less than a month (after fewer than 15 loads). Because the washer requires the lid to lock at the start of a cycle to operate, the machine is now completely non-functional. I didn't think to call Best Buy to ask for a refund; instead, I contacted Whirlpool's manufacturer's warranty. By the time I thought to contact Best Buy, the 30-day return policy had already expired. I'm in contact with Whirlpool to have the issue repaired. Whirlpool gives you a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. I purchased the extended warranty in case this should happen again. I wouldn't think a washer would be non-functional in less than a month. Very disappointing!

We have had this washing machine for two months and have not had any problems. It works well.

I truly like this washer! The removable agitator makes it easy to wash bedding and other bulky clothes. Also the final spin leaves the clothes almost dry that it requires very little dry time .

This is a great washer. Large drum and removeable agitator for big/bulky loads. VERY water efficient. Not a fan of the glass top, get spotty with every load. It will only soak for 30 minutes.

Bought this one to replace another Whirlpool washer that lasted 22 yrs. Selected this one that had a larger capacity to handle comforters. Much better efficiency on water usage than the old washer.

Employees were awesome and really helpful to let know on what are the best washers and with the good things that they said they convinced me to buy it.

I bought this as a gift for my friends when theirs broke. The removable agitator works well to clean dirty clothes (son's football clothing).

Im really enjoying my new whirlpool washer. Loving the large capacity. My last whirlpool was much smaller so im taking advantage of less washing loads.

Its just made 1 year that ive owned this. Bought brand new from BestBuy. It stopped working mid wash. Took 12 days to get it repaired. Needed a new drain pump, lower harness and control board. Its been only 4 days since it was fixed and its doing the same thing again. Hopefully it gets fixed correctly this time or they replace it with a new one.

I didn't realize that you have no place to put the fabric softener. They want you to stop the cycle and add it. I don't have the time to pay attention to the washing machine. I'm getting a fabric softener ball to take care of the issue.

Works well. Easy to use, and does a good job of cleaning clothes.
