Machine broken after 1 year and 1 month

I have been without a washer for going on a month because they “can fix it”. This is out of control. There is no reason to purchase a warranty when you will be forced to take off work multiple times just for your appliance to never be fixed or replaced. I have spoke to many agents that “understand my frustration and feel horrible” but are doing nothing to rectify the situation. Total waste of time and money and I will make sure every person I speak to and every review I can leave knows this. This machine is broken at one year and one month. That is completely unacceptable and I believe I was sold a faulty product. It was also serviced after about 3 months by whirlpool.

I was shocked to discover that this washing machine is so quiet when it’s running. Choices on the control panel allow for cleaning difficult-to-clean clothing. I don’t believe I’ve ever filled this washer to the maximum load level.
