    Bought the 5057 10 months ago and it's broke. Next week is week 4 waiting for 5 parts to come in, water pump and electronic board are two of the parts. When it was working it was loud. About an hour wait on hold for the Whirlpool contracted repair company to get information. Everything here is a nightmare STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE!!!

    I have to use a fabric softener ball. no place to softener. once the lid is lock can not open

    This is an awesome machine .. the removable agitator is ideal , you can wash comforters easily , or get oilfield clothes clean using agitator.. highly impressed , im not technology inclined so the wifi controls are about useless , but all in all a happy customer
