    Awesome Sales Rep at time of purchase. Very attentive and knowledgeable about what we purchased. Delivery was late due to washer not shipped on time to store but we were compensated for the late delivery fee and that speaks volumes.

    Needed a new washing machine ASAP and didn’t need anything fancy. This machine gets the job done…big, small, delicate, dirty. Happy with my purchase, and I got it for such a good deal!

    Not happy that the this Whirlpool washer doesn’t have detergent & fabric softener dispensers and a pause to add the fabric softener. My previous Whirlpool washer was the top of the line with a lot more features.

    Unfortunately, water is filled after you put your detergent and your clothes in the washer. That means your clothes may be stained due to detergent. It would be great if water were filled first just like its older versions.

    I am not impressed with this washer. I am using the same detergent that I used in my old machine (it is the recommended brand), but it definitely does not clean my clothes as well as my old machine. I always use the deep water fill now and it still doesn’t clean as well as I had hoped.
