Very attentive and knowledgeable about what we purchased. Delivery was late due to washer not shipped on time to store but we were compensated for the late delivery fee and that speaks volumes.

I am using the same detergent that I used in my old machine (it is the recommended brand), but it definitely does not clean my clothes as well as my old machine. I always use the deep water fill now and it still doesn’t clean as well as I had hoped.

That means your clothes may be stained due to detergent. It would be great if water were filled first just like its older versions.
