Recently purchased this washer.
Pros:
It has a removable agitator, and since I have a king-size comforter, this works great. Love the built-in wash station.
Cons:
You have to manually put in the fabric softner during the rinse cycle, or you can use a downey ball.
This machine is very loud.
Overall, the washer does a great job of getting my laundry clean.

I love that the agitator is removable, it makes washing comforters and bulky items so much easier. There are a couple of draw backs to this machine, it is noisy and it doesn’t alert me when my load is done. I had a front loader prior to this and it was super quite so I am wondering if that is why this seems so loud to me, also my clothes seem WAY cleaner than they ever did with my front loader so it is worth a bit of noise to me to have clean clothes.

Big and bold drum!
I was apprehensive when shopping for a new washing machine, but since my current washer was not fixable I had to take the plunge and get a new machine.
I'm not a fan of the high cost of new washer units, so I opted to go to a discount outlet for this purchase.
Prior to going to the BestBuy Outlet, I did a lot of searching and I just couldn't bring myself to spend so much money.
Anyway, I found this washer unit and was shocked at the price and it looked new. It may have been a floor model.
I loaded it in my car, got it home, hooked it up, and was pleasantly surprised with how well it cleaned my first load.
The wash basket is very large, like that of a front load machine, and the agitator is removable. Love this!
The only concern I have is that I notice the water level doesn't always cover the load. I notice the this depends on what the material. For example, bedding like a mattress cover did not seem to get fully submerged in the water. I actually paused the cycle to open the lid so I could push the items down into the water. Or, I've shifted items mid cycle. Hopefully everything is getting clean.
Overall, I do love this purchase.

My wife and I purchased this unit for our new home. We figured the $700 price tag would warrant some safety and longevity considering there are some cheaper units. This unit has lasted us 1 year and 5 months and today we were told by multiple people that the drain pump for these unit are faulty. Most calls regarding drain pump issues are from this SKU. We now have to put an additional $400 for an original part + labor.
For the actual use, it does what a washer is supposed to do: wash. Not many customization options and the water temp is usually around the same no matter what.
You should definitely spend a bit more to get an LG washer. It'll save you time, money, and convenience in the long run.

I’ve been using this product for a while now and overall I’m very satisfied with it. Setup was straightforward, and it worked as expected right out of the box. The build quality feels solid, and it performs consistently without any issues.
It does exactly what it’s designed to do and offers good value for the price compared to similar options. I also appreciate the thoughtful design and ease of use, which makes it practical for everyday use.

This washer is noisy. Lucky for me it is in the basement. When it fills with water it is very noisy. Other parts of the cycle are pretty quiet. I love the agitator is removable. It doesn’t seem to fill with a lot of water but I find my clothes and other items to be clean. I’ve had the washer for about 3 weeks and I am pretty happy with it.

This is a nice looking and durable washer. The only things that I haven't cared for is that the wash cycles are long and it tends to be louder than expected.

I am really enjoying the washer, I wanted a washer with an agitator yet able to wash large loads. This accomplishes both with the removable. I have found that even with agitator it holds quite a bit. The major downfall of the machine is that it is very noisy.

I love it ..and the best part is the removable agitator...when i run alot of towels or bulky things just take it out...love the fact its uses water...im having zero regrets getting rid of the HE .high efficiency washer..i hated that washing machine..glad it was on its way to a breakdown with the bearings..my husband researched this washer from whirlpool, and i am very happy with this choice.

Wanted to wait to review after a month or so. I’m still getting used to it from my previous older machine. I’m used to the water continuing to run with the lid open. This one you shut and it locks the lid. But overall I love it. The removable agitator is sooo nice for washing bedding. The faucet rinse button is nice. And there’s lots of different setting options from towels, heavy duty, colors, normal, etc. I can fit way more clothes as well which is so nice as a family of 7!!

Great washing machine. It is very easy to use and the display panel is straight forward. Although some reviews say this machine is very loud, we do not find that to be true. It sounds like a washing machine that is doing its job. Nothing more, nothing less. The removable agitator is a bonus. We like having that option. On top of all of that, the delivery crew was excellent.

Machine is a little loud but nothing that can't be tolerated. I have had no problems with unbalances loads as other has comment about. No real complaints its a washer and it works well. Only had it for about 2 weeks so take this at a two week look. Will update if it starts to act up, but for now all is good.

We have had the washer two weeks. Very satisfied with the customer service at the Kenosha store and would highly recommend the TotalTech Membership if you plan on buying a few appliances or other items! Very professional install team in the MKE area.
Washer is small enough that a petite person (5'0") can reach the bottom of the drum with little effort but spacious enough to hold blankets and comforters. The removable agitator makes it easy to do bulky loads but still comes out clean.
The built in faucet makes it easy to do spot cleaning of items prior to laundering them. Overall pleased with our purchase.
