Nightmare

The manufacturer will not replace the machine and we have been living without a washer for TWO MONTHS. Of course BEST BUY don’t want to deal with this, so do not bother calling them. BEST BUY reps told me that they will call back every time (3 times) I called, but they don’t call you back. That is how they push you away.

Don’t buy

It shakes too much to the point it moves. It doesn’t do all the cycles like it’s supposed to and I’ve only had it three weeks and it was already leaking water.And to restart you have to keep unplugging it .

Issues with New Whirlpool
