    We are very pleased with this washer. If you are replacing an old washer, you will probably need to purchase new set of hoses. We were not told that by the salesman.

    Spent $1800 on the set & am now left with washing clothes in my bathtub. Tried countess ways to get my clothes smelling and coming clean. Many different detergents and products. Many different machine cycles and timing to put in products. Sad I missed my return window by 1 day. Please make sure no one else spends their money on these! I don't have the money to buy something that works now. Thought about sending in a photo of me crying; that probably won't make me able to have a washing machine that works either though.

    I have had this machine for a little over 2 years and I'm glad I purchased the insurance because this time I have had to request a service to fix it around 5 times. I have been following all the guidelines of weight and loads.

    It's cute, however its not a performance washer. The agitator did not wash clothes, the clothes stayed in one place. I poured oxi clean on top of clothes and the oxi clean stayed on top of clothes until end of cycle. So disappointing, because it took me along time to make decision. Unfortunately i'm returning after 2 days.
