    The motherboard and lid lock have to be replaced after 6 months. Whirlpool customer service is the worst! They only have one warrantee repair service available. It took 5 days to get an appointment, and I am still waiting on the part two weeks later!

    We were so excited for our new washing machine after our previous whirlpool died. Unfortunately, this machine only lasted one month before also dying. We had our local plumber look at it and the problem isn’t in the plumbing; it’s the machine. So disappointing because we have previously loved whirlpool!
