    this peace of junk lasted 18 months. Just my wife and I. Maybe 2 loads a week at most. I will never by whirlpool again.

    Every part needed to be replaced. After 5 weeks of whirlpool replacing parts, they still would not approve a replacement machine. Whirlpool’s warranty is terrible. They make faulty machines that break after two months.

    Right out of box wouldn't spin due to door lock(self diagnosis). Next day won't even attempt to wash. No audible noise. No place for detergent or softener. Only 2 decent options are removable agitator and faucet feature. But then again I never had a chance to actually use it. Returned the next day. Do not buy.
