You have to listen to know when cycle is done

Can not restart at a certain point, will start from the beginning, but it will drain all the water first, and start "from the beginning". Not for a family that is busy and not concentrating on just washing machine for that just go to the laundromat. Smart technology, not at all....

I do not recommend this machine

It is constantly out of balance no matter how you arrange the clothes (don't even think about washing sheets or towels). 90% of laundry loads I end up having to drain, spin and turn dial to "quick wash" to finish - it is so frustrating. I have had Whirlpool washing machines before and have always been very happy with them. This one is a real disappointment. I would return but the return window has closed.

Loud during the sensing cycle

Not worth the money

There's no display or indicator for how long each wash cycle is supposed to be so it's a bit of a guessing game about when your stuff will be ready. Bottom line, it's not worth the money.

A repair man came to look at it and it needs multiple new parts. The computer board is on back order with no estimated arrival time!!! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and have been without a washing machine for almost a month. I find it very frustrating to buy a new appliance and the quality is not there.

Doesn't clean laundry

I am so unsatisfied! First off, It doesn't get clothes clean no matter how many times I rewash them. The agitator is supposed to help with pulling the clothes in & flip them to get them clean but it doesn't do anything. It doesn't help with dog hair. Also don't get me started on washing comforters or sheets. The water doesn't fill up enough to cover the entire load & the top of the sheets will be completely dry. It is also very loud & shakes a ton when it is draining out the water. I can't believe something like this has been put out in the market. This washing machine is trash & I would not recommend anyone buy it. It is supposed to be energy efficient, but I have wasted more water, money & time with this machine. It has given me nothing but a headache & unclean clothes.

Loud, had to unplug and re plug for it to work after 4 months. Tried calling Whirlpool service 5 times and no one answered after holding for 25 minutes. BestBuys came through as always and swapped it out with an LG. LG is so quiet, we don’t even know it’s on.
