A repair man came to look at it and it needs multiple new parts. The computer board is on back order with no estimated arrival time!!! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and have been without a washing machine for almost a month. I find it very frustrating to buy a new appliance and the quality is not there.

Doesn't clean laundry

I am so unsatisfied! First off, It doesn't get clothes clean no matter how many times I rewash them. The agitator is supposed to help with pulling the clothes in & flip them to get them clean but it doesn't do anything. It doesn't help with dog hair. Also don't get me started on washing comforters or sheets. The water doesn't fill up enough to cover the entire load & the top of the sheets will be completely dry. It is also very loud & shakes a ton when it is draining out the water. I can't believe something like this has been put out in the market. This washing machine is trash & I would not recommend anyone buy it. It is supposed to be energy efficient, but I have wasted more water, money & time with this machine. It has given me nothing but a headache & unclean clothes.

Removable Agitator is a Gimmick.

Should be standard for this price range. Remove the agitator and you are going to be disappointed. Will not wring clothes out and I do not believe cleans well without agitator. Overall wish I had never bought and would never buy again. Also had to have a repair less than 2 weeks in. It had a protective cover come off the bottom. Washer was making horrid, loud noises. Repairman had to borrow our screws and tools to get it fixed. Was free to fix, but should never have happened. The repairman said the screws were not long enough to hold the protector on.

Really not worth the money

It never really gets anything clean smelling and it has some odd options I can't figure out. The manual I got with it is more of an installation manual and there was a quick start guide but nothing on how to use it really. There were some error codes that popped up tonight and I can't find them anywhere. I have no idea what is wrong with it and there is not any trouble codes on the manual. Still trying to figure out how to use fabric softener because it gives you an option but says you just put in the fabric softener when it is filling up again. I always miss this cycle so wind up washing my clothes again.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the washer does not work. i push the start button and it does not start. powered off and on, unplugged and plugged back in. it was delivered on Saturday by 2 men who did not speak much english. i am very frustrated by lack of support on this. whirlpool tech support is m-f 9-5 only. no way to get help on a weekend and best buy offers no support at all

I am not sure about the quality of the washing, if the Manufacture can replace them with another ones I will be delighted.

Loud, had to unplug and re plug for it to work after 4 months. Tried calling Whirlpool service 5 times and no one answered after holding for 25 minutes. BestBuys came through as always and swapped it out with an LG. LG is so quiet, we don’t even know it’s on.
