Of course conveniently past the warranty. It kept getting confused on whether there were clothes in it and then last night it spun my clothes for three hours. (I'm a busy mom used to the sound of the washing machine) by the time I noticed my clothes looked like they had been through a tornado. Now it won't start up this morning.

Washer Whirlpool open box purchase

This mean I had already returned the first one that did not work either. It appears the verification of open box or used product is not really done to the detail required. On top I did not get the delivery fee back even although the washer was returned I have had in the past a very good experience with Best Buy, but this time was totally bad and expensive in time and money.

Washing machine has required 4 service calls and multiple pieces of equipment replaced within first 6 months of being purchased. Turn around to utilize washer is 7-10 days. Whirlpool will not replace.

It is difficult to work and comes with one sheet that does not give good instructions. So if you decide to pick a washer make sure they explain to you how to use it all correctly.

It stopped working in mid November. It is now January 4th and im still stuck without a washer. I've literally spent more than 3 hours just on hold with customer support (stretch of the imagination calling it that) just to be told to wait longer. I am seriously ready to toss the set and start over.

Bad washer

Had it finished in August and it has now went out again in June. I will never purchase another whirlpool.

Waited for a broken washing machine.

I understand this may happen BUT it took over three hours to get any answers. There solution was to deliver a new one and take the broken machine..............in 1 1/2 weeks!!! Tub is full of water and will not drain and spin. Also Greek Squad plan is unless as the told me when I called for a tech to come out that they can’t come out until manufacturer warranty is over! Such a joke and a waste of money getting the Greek squad plan ! I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID!
