Total garbage. Cloths will not come clean. No agitation. I tried giving the washer a chance but while I was getting disappointed the time in which I can return it was over. Got it oct 5 2022 tried to return it dec 24 2022

Never buy it. In there months washer messed up. How a capacitor can broken in three months.Terrible costumer service.

I bought this machine about 2 weeks ago and there is not a load that the clothes come out extremely wrinkled. I have never had that issue before. Even after i put in dryer, my clothes are still wrinkled. Very disappointing.

It has many great features and delivers clean clothes but it makes a lot of noise, especially every time the motor starts up to spin the tub. So we returned it.

Beautiful look, it limits the periods when it makes noise which is much reduced, but when it does make noise it is a little louder, probably because of the design difference of not being a tighter metal box seal for noise. Seems to be working very good. Lots of instructions to use!

No issues! Have used with the agitator in. Roomy, only mild negative is that it is noisy but not a deal breaker.

Worked for a year and a half then the door broke,Luckily purchased protection plan at time of purchase

I love this washer so far it holds a lot and its very easy to use.

Having had Whirlpool washers for 50 years I can say without a doubt this will be the last . So now you have to guess how much detergent to use . Then in case you guess too much you have to add an extra rinse . Then I find dire warnings against washing rain wear . Not sure it even rinses without the extra cycle . You can keep your new technology , give me a mechanical machine every time . My last machine lasted 20 years I doubt these modern versions will last half that .

I really like this washer. The faucet is ideal for trying to get out stains and the removable agitator makes so much room. The window on top looks really nice, too. We replaced our old washer and this washer is such a vast improvement.

Since I have dogs, I needed a washer that could handle all types and sizes of dog beds. I wasn concerned that with the agitator out the eds would not be clean enough. I was so wrong! The removable agitator is perfect for the job! I highly recommend this for large items!

Very satisfied with washer performance and enjoy being able to remove the agitator to wash big bulky items

what a difference between our old washer and this unit, even I can use it, my wife usually does all washing, but this is so automatic put soap, cloths and hit 2 buttons and leave it

There is a wire under the drum that moves with the drum and it's the thinnest, cheapest, wire they could think to use. It snaps off no matter how many times you fix it. I have considered replacing the whole wiring harness but found other reviews saying it just does it again later. It's an awful design flaw. Also, when it rinses it doesn't fill up it just spins and spits water at the clothes..... Over all I won't buy another Whirlpool it lasted less than three years.
