Really like removable agitator, big loads or small, does it all

I love my new washer very much. I just wish it wasn't so deep. I am short and it is difficult to get the clothes out of the bottom/

Whirlpool washer. I’m still getting used to this one. Not as easy to use as my last one. Confusing to me. It does a good job though

I use liquid Tide, but I buy whatever’s on sale, as long as it’s liquid Tide. This washer instructions insist on the HE Tide. But, I’ll have to do my best.

Cleans well very well. Love the removable agitator.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have had my washing machine since November 2022. The first time it broke down was January and it’s been a battle ever since. It has broken down 8 times whithin 10 months and its been a different issue every time. I have called whirlpool to see about a replacement and i was immediately met with a rude employee. I asked to speak with a supervisor after I realized she wasn’t going to help me, and the employee told me I wasn’t allowed. I asked about their policy on how many times they will send someone to repair a machine before they would replace it and she told me that they would rather re build the machine in my house than to replace it, so I shouldn’t expect them to ever do that. The most recent repair man that came told me that Whirlpool has blocked it’s costumers from being able to speak to a supervisor. And for me to ever get a new machine he would have to send a request to whirlpool to deem it as unrepairable, but that it was very unlikely that they would do that. This whole experience with them has been a nightmare and I’ve basically paid for this machine twice due to having to go to the laundromat because the machine has been broken more time than it has worked. My father inlaw lives with me and my husband and he’s bedridden. A washing machine is essential in our household. I am beyond disappointed to say the least. Whirlpool used to be a reputable company, but they no longer are. If you are thinking about purchasing an appliance from them, I suggest you really consider a different company. I’d hate for more people to have to go through what I have with them.

Washer is ok. The fact that BestBuy delivers it without hoses to connect it is just stupid. It is an insult to read the quick start guide to be told that you can buy choices of hoses at Best But. JC Penney and Sears tried these cheap marketing tricks and everybody knows how that turned out.

Purchased this machine to replace a 4 year old GE. The loud clunking noise every time it moves in the wash or spin cycle can be heard through our laundry room door. The operating noise during the normal wash cycle is also much louder than our old GE washer. Contacted Whirlpool about the problem. Sent a Whirlpool tech to check it out. Indicated the machine was normal and this was normal the way it is designed. Asked Whirlpool to exchange this and I would pay the difference, they declined. This was not a top end or a low end washer. I do not recommend purchase of this model from Whirlpool.

It’s ok. But, you have to buy a downy ball to put fabric softener in and they are impossible to find. No automatic fabric softener dispenser which I just assumed was standard

Worst product I ever owned. This machine broke after one week. They repaired it and same thing happened after 6 months and they repaired it again and now for the third time it’s happening again and whirlpool refuses to give me a new one. Awful, it’s so loud it sounds like airplane jet flying over my house. Please do not buy this machine. Save your money for something better. Stay away from whirlpool

If there ever was a lemon of a washer then this one is it. We purchased this washer august of 2022 and it was working fine for the first year. However after year one we have had nothing but problems with it. A Best Buy tech has literally come to the house at least 5 times to diagnose and repair. Each time a new issue. (Anything from the door jamming and not opening to the load not draining to the washer no longer spinning). Despite getting parts to essentially have a whole new washer we are now dealing with yet another issue. And let’s not even talk about the horrible warranty that we purchase. Despite them coming numerous times and never addressing the contract changes. We are now expected to pay a diagnostic fee and potential parts that should technically be less than 4 months old. Will never purchase a washer from Best Buy again.

After owning this for only 3 months it stopped working in the middle of a cycle. The repairman said it had a defective capacitor He came out two weeks later and replaced that part. It was still not working properly. He said it also has a defective agitator cog. He has to order it. Also, this washing machine is VERY LOUD! I would NEVER again buy a Whirlpool machine machine!

I have had for less than a month and already having issues. The repair guy said he had 6 appointments that day and 5 of them were this washer. Mine has issues with bad sensors that skip cycles when washing; sometimes clothes come out dirty, sometimes they come out with dried up detergent on them, and sometimes it will wash for what seems like 2 hours. The repair guy also said there is a more critical issue (belt maybe?) that will eventually brick the machine unless you want to repair monthly. Search for reviews from other sources; Best Buy's are clearly manipulated to show the best reviews.

So far the washer has been great as it washes clothes and has not broke dow .

I wish I had shopped around more before I purchased this washing machine. Or had my 22-year-old washer repaired. I don't like the new technology.

Me and my husband bought this washing machine in December 2021 and has now completely stopped working 1 year later. 1 month past the warranty date. We have had technicians come out and look it and were told the machine is shot. Control board is burnt out and would cost more to fix than just buying a new machine. Extremely disappointed.

This washer broke down after 6 month whirlpool has come to repair it 3 times already. They came to repair it 2 days ago and I came home to start washing and it was not working properly. It filled with water all the way to the sltoo, their was a burning small and it did not wash the close. It is a 7cu washer but they tell me that doesn't mean you can put a lot of close on it because it will mess up. I dont overload it and it still doesn't do its job. I am very upset, we are a family of 5 I have a lot of clothes to wash. I bought it because they told me whirlpool was the best, not on this product there not. I will never buy a whirlpool item again.
