Moving between cycles also causes loud noise. Spinning is also terribly noisy. We have to replace after only a year because it is so disruptive -- too noisy when we're home and too poorly balanced to use when we are away.

Don't Buy This Washer

It appears the plastic gears are grinding against each other. Since this began to happen I have seen numerous online posts from others that are experiencing the same thing. This is truly an unfavorable product.

It cleans my clothing and doesn’t damage them like my old washer did. I do like the self cleaning feature that this washer has. This is definitely a good buy.
