Caught on Fire!!

The WASHING MACHINE CAUGHT ON FIRE!! The Washing machine wasn't even 5 years old yet, and with light usage, it just blew up on me during a small washing cycle!! I Haven't even finished paying the thing off yet, and I'm left with this dangerous hunk of metal!! Don't trust Whirlpool at all!!

Still trying to get in touch with Best Buy to see if this suppose to be loud like that. Hard to get a customer service to ask if this normal.

So far we like all the options and features for the washer. The compact design is a space saver in the laundry room. Our only negative comment is that we feel the washer operation sound db level is too high.

From a water savings standpoint alone, this purchase was worth every penny. I love everything this machine does.

Gets clothes very clean

But, after seeing how clean it gets everything I wash in it, that is no longer an issue. I am very pleased with this washer. Turns out I care a great deal more about how clean my clothes get than about how quickly they get done. :)

Controls are intuitive. It is not too loud as far as washers go. The digital display that shows wash time remaining is very nice. I also like the detergent dispenser as it takes the guesswork out of how much detergent to add before adding clothes.
