    This is a pretty good washing machine. It works great and easy to use. The only thing, I have to get used to is the time it takes to do laundry. We love it and would not change it for anything.

    It worked great for a year, and then right when the warrant expires- It caught on fire!! The WASHING MACHINE CAUGHT ON FIRE!! The Washing machine wasn't even 5 years old yet, and with light usage, it just blew up on me during a small washing cycle!! I Haven't even finished paying the thing off yet, and I'm left with this dangerous hunk of metal!! Don't trust Whirlpool at all!!

    Nice machine. Lots of different cycle options. Rather quiet. Had to go online for User Manual, the short one that came with it did not have explanation of all the buttons & whistles.

    Really enjoy the fact that it provides an estimated time for completion of wash cycle. Took some adjustment to make the switch from manual knobs to a digital button display, but neither a pro or a con. Washes clothes well as expected.

    I don't like that it has too many buttons, for example, if you need a softener you have to click on or is not going to add the softener. You cannot stop in the middle of the cycle. I don't feel that this washer does a good cleaning. I have found white spots in my color clothes and I used tide liquid soap.

    The washer works great - the delivery people, not so much. Paid extra to have washer and dryer delivered, put in basement and hooked up. Washer was done fine, dryer was left with nothing done, wasn’t even leveled, was told that the correct hook up was not on our vent. Husband went down 10min later and hooked it up with no issues. They literally left it sitting in the middle of the basement with the blue protective covering still on it.
