It never puts in enough water even when the deep water is selected. The tiny upside down agitator serves no purpose that I can see. I never feel like the clothes are clean even though it takes a lot of time to go through its cycle.

The units do all the guess work for you with water fill and balancing for the washer. And the dryer will shut off early if the clothes are dry saving electric.

In laundry bags sometimes clothes partially dry. Makes an awful noise and shakes the plumbing throughout the house. WP repairman not able to fix problem.

I like the fact that it tells you how long each cycle last. Interesting to see that it does not fill up with water like older washers did.

Complete waste of my time.had to take my business to lowes with no issues perfect washer and dryer first time around. Would have loved to keep my business with best buy but don't like my time wasted on poor warehouse handling of appliances.

We were told it will be November before they can get someone out to fix it. We will not be buying anything else from Best Buy

Loud Spinning Noise.
