Machine doesn’t stay in one place when washing heavy loads. ( towels, blankets) and this was on high spin. The washer moved as far as it could without it coming unplugged. When the washer is on normal and you try and wash a small load of towels it then becomes unstable and starts to beep. So I quotes I’m saying if your washing small loads that aren’t heavy after getting soaked then this washer is for you.

I was so excited to have a brand new washer and dryer. I did my research and it appeared this was going to be the best one I could afford. It has now been just over a month of it in service and it's been more of a headache then a joy. It's a constant battle to get it to run successfully. When you place a load into the washer the first minute it has a process "Add Garments", then it does a routine to "Sense" what's in the washer. After that point is where the problem is. If the load seems too much or something else unknown to me it instantly jumps to a one minute cycle to empty, then says "Washing Complete". I've had it serviced once already and was told that we have to be careful how much to put in it. I just got it to run with 5 pieces of clothes in it,,, Come On!!!! really??? That is ridiculous,,, forget about washing a sheet or two. I also double checked and made sure it's level and went through the installation guide just to double check what one installer and service technician I assumed did already. Everything seems to match what is noted to do, so at this point I've placed another call for service in hopes they come up with something else to resolve the issue. Very, Very, disappointed so far. I will update accordingly until the end. I would not recommend buying this washer or any washer from Whirlpool that has a "sensing" routine. More possibilities of it not working.

This washer and dryer set was purchased for my daughter. While it was still under warranty she started having problems with it. I'll try to summarize without writing a book. Close to 3 months later and seven repair visits.... The washer has had 7 parts changed. The control panel has been reordered for 3rd time. Replacement denied twice. I have canceled 8th repair appt. because I am done with Best Buy!!! You have lost a customer because of your terrible service. Good bye!!!
