I've purchased nothing but Whirlpool washers and dryers and they have all had a long life and provided great service. So, last washer was 12 years old, with a lot of use, and major break down. The decision to buy another Whirlpool was easy.

The sensor is great, the display of time left is very convenient and it dries my clothes and things with precision. So far nothing has came out feel over dried. Only. The only set back is our robes were damp after it stopped but after giving it another go it only took a few minutes to dry

Impossible to wash certain comforters without it pulling a suds error code. States to use only HE detergent in the code but I only use HE name brand.
