Washes everything in hot even when changed to cold. Nothing wrong with my hoses. The lid also doesn’t close all the way so water comes out. Not worth the price.

I've been looking for a holiday sale, but due the covid 19, outbreak, no sale......I've had my eye on this washer / dryer combo for awhile, so I broke down and purchased them, before my washer and dryer, broke down. very nice washer and dryer, I love them.

Came broken and whirlpool has been zero help

My husband and I purchased this washing machine on 10/30 and picked it up from our local Best Buy, we didn’t move in to our new place and didn’t use it until 11/15, it was broken. Best Buy refused to take it back and a whirlpool tech has come out to fix it twice and it’s still broken. We brought home a newborn on 11/23. Parts are on back order and they can’t give us a date when it will be repaired. We thought we were safe buying whirlpool but will never purchase one ever again. This washer is literally the worst purchase I’ve ever made especially for 899!!!

It was 3 months old when it started Givin problems. Would not recommend!!!!

Don’t like that you have to hold the start button for 3 seconds for the washer to start...other than that it’s pretty good.

Loaded it up, close the lid and the little plastic junk clip to lock the top door breaks off. It was closed gently, not dropped. What a piece of garbage. I replaced a washer that lasted 15 years ans this heap of trash breaks in 30 days. No way, unbelievable. I will be getting a refund.
